This work seeks to delineate approaches between the representation of the feeling known as love and its origin in the form of representation in Portuguese literature. In addition to addressing the issue of women, it deals with the affiliation of this literature to French literature. The historical value of the Galician-Portuguese lyric in the Middle Ages gained shades of reality which takes shape in the human imagination as love and the discourse employed to represent it.Downloads
