A case of pregnancy during adolescence: some practical and bioethics considerations <b>[Abstract in English]</b>
Abstract
Objectives: The knowledge of the pregnancy during the adolescence, some of its features, etiologic components and specific process. To exhibit some of the inherent ethical and legal aspects, that may be controversial but are very important for the medical managing of similar situations.Presentation: It is reported a case of a 15 years old girl that became pregnant for the first time when she was 13 and now hardly wants a new pregnancy, because her baby was retired by a judicial order, and given away in adoption. So, the suitable legal and ethics problems are revealed.
Comentaries: The case shows a succession of mistakes on its conduction that might be recognized for avoidance. The pregnancy during the adolescence is a complex condition that includes multiple important features like biologic, psychological, social, legal, bioethical and other.
