Abstract

In the midst of crisis, and on the eve of the 21st century, industrialized societies face the new shock of the future: the "information society". Reducing economic growth, rising unemployment and challenging the traditional role of political and economic elites translate the rapidity of transition between industrial and "informational" societies. From this turbulence zone, the power of the groups emerges in the face of centralized power, while the computer networks and the Internet favor the affirmation of individuals in the face of the anonymity of the "users". But are these great currents understood with pertinence and will they help lucidly build the world of tomorrow?
