Abstract

 

The film As Hipermulheres, by Carlos Fausto, Leonardo Sette and Takumã Kuikuro, narrates de daily life at a Kuikuro village during a party, and its preparation, that did not happen in a complete way since 1981. This article interrogates the meanings proposed and produced with film and the return of the party to the community. We intend to explore the political marks of a tradition that with the documentary returns as information and a common experience. We reflect on the gestures that build a proper space for politics and the virtualities of their own community in its relation with cinema and with the "culture" that returns with it.
