Abstract

This is an study for an appropriate critical-philological and historical reading and comprehension of Hegel's philosophy, in special of its concept of freedom of the press (Pressefreiheit) or of freedom of public communication (Freiheit der öffentlichen Mitteilung), related to their concepts of publicity (Öffentlichkeit), public opinion (Öffentliche Meinung), culture (Bildung), because are indispensable means for the possibility of suspension (Aufhebung) of the differences and of the conflicts within the State (Staat).
