Operation Condor: the "Mercosur" of the terror

This article examines creation and activation of condor operation, which was the organization that jointed repression and information forces of countries under dictatorship and South cone. The conditions which permitted the creation of control, his collaborators any special cases where examined. By the way, were studied the process moved international courts, especially in the Spanish, coordinated by judge Baltazar Garzón.
