Abstract

The article focuses on the discussion about the representation of professional associations within the Itamaratyto Subcommission. This of the commission was the group responsible for writing off the outline of the 1934 constitution of Brazil. it analyzes the decisions and the are commands presence into this season, as well its impact on the implementation process of the representation  in the country.
