Abstract

As early as the beginning of the Republican regime Brazil have  change to its International position towards a relative removing front European system and Gretel approaching to the United States.  the constitution of search and SMS to relationships of power demand it's about the construction of many which Associated it with the national interest.  Joaquim Nabuco and Oliveira Lima, as intellectuals and politicians, offer significant contribution for such as simbolic construction by analyzing the afroamerican social immigration and European immigration issues in the United States
