Abstract

 

The article makes a measurement of social mobility, through the wine industry in the Kingdom of Chile, through information collected in different colonial documentation files. It seeks to identify patterns of behavior and identification of other issues (gender, culture, etc) around winegrowers, through analysis of 20 cases with evidence of social mobility.
