Gauchos in Roraima: memory, regionalism and identity

The objective of this article is to discuss a profile identifying people from Rio Grande do Sul that live in Roraima, working with oral interviews as the mainly upholding document. Through the approach of the regionalism category, it also observes that the relation among space, culture and regional origin is generally naturalized, with a strong content of identity of these narratives.
