Abstract
This article is about the intersectionality in the health policy of the elderly. It presents a discussion concerning the conceptualization and construction of intersectionality. It approaches elderly’s health in conceptual and legal aspects and coping of concrete problems.Key words – Intersectionality. Health policy. Elderly.
