Starting from the conception of language that reinforces the thinking of Freud and Lacan, the present article proposes to think about the subject of special education= and the knowledge involved in the pedagogical acting. The articulators of our propositions are: a posteriori as psychic temporality; playing as a paradigm of creation; torsion that conjugates the separation between me and the other and between reality and language; desecration of educational devices as an emerging political task. Working with the operators mentioned above allows us to assess what it is proposed as “pedagogical jerry-rigging”, namely, the attempt to make the cultural heritage which has been accumulated over the generations go through not institutionalized ways.
