Abstract

 

The article discusses teacher training focused on school work assuming pedagogic schedules collective as instances of production and deepening of political-pedagogical project (PPP). The data were produced in dialogue with the management teams of four teaching units of a public health system in the state of Sao Paulo in the context of a research project and continuing education. The analysis of electronic communications exchanged between the management teams and researchers, as well as written reflections of the teachers showed the coordinating efforts to ensure the participation of all school professionals around the discussion of the PPP through diverse strategies of collective work and also lack of working conditions that support and contribute to the articulation of all members of the schools.
