Abstract

This paper aims to study the problems faced during the installation of the Petrochemical Complex in Bahia Blanca, since the early 1970s. Despite being designed and promoted by the state, it had to overcome different setbacks that surpassed the estimated deadline for its definitive beginning of operations.
