This article focuses on A vida como ela é ..., of Nelson Rodrigues, who presented, initially, in the form of newspaper column, moving later, to the book; so this shows how work passes from one medium ephemeral (newspaper) the other permanent (book). Noting also the thematic and stylistic influences, as well as the actuality that this work brings.
