Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the main aspects related to the procedural issue of displacement of competence, called lift immunity, which is only seen on crimes within the jurisdiction of the jury, governed by the Code of Criminal Procedure. For this are set out his concept, the cases that lead to the lifting of immunity, who is authorized by law to request it, the right to request it, and comes to the reaforamento and, finally, some conclusions are drawn procedural
moment.
