Abstract

Abstract
The paradigm of the modern science has been rethought by those who neither believe in knowledge divided into subjects, nor in the pure rationality of the science method. The trans-curricular activities are beyond the current science pattern and they allow us to broaden the comprehension of what scientific knowledge is and how it should be built contextually. The modern scientific basis has been used as background of the development theories during the years. However, Albert Hirschmanm built his theory in the book Economic Development Strategy, pointing to an idea of development which, if it is not trans-curricular, at least it is cross-curricular.
