Bush II: the neo-conservative assumption or a new decline?

This work objective to present an interpretation of the American Eternal Policy in the George W. Bush period, enlightening the comprehension of the steps that can the given in his second mandate. For such focus, it is realized an incursion in the previous mandates, explaining how a policy direction was being organizing inside the north-American government, presented a certain relevance in the republican Reagan and Father-Bush periods, lost influence in Clinton period, but could reorganize, articulating the ascension that culminate with the influence that had in the first mandate of son-Bush.
