The paper discusses three concepts, originated from different fields such as sociology, anthropology and social psychology. They are: the culture of sharing, the paradigm of gift and solidary communitarism. At first they are characterized, later compared in their similarities and differences, in a critical analysis that results in the emergence of the concept of relational worldviews. As a cosmoview translates itself into practices, it is discussed what every presented paradigm proposes to society, the subject and the labor. Key words: Relational worldviews; Culture of sharing; Paradigm of gift; Solidary communitarism.Downloads
