Peace and the rights of men in the thoughts of Norberto Bobbio

The present article presents two main themes of the international relations, peace and human rights, since Norberto Bobbio Italian jurist thinking. It is a compilation of ideas, spread in several texts, of the two principal Italian thinker preoccupations, which at the same time is the United Nations Chart essence, systematized through a political analysis, between peace, war and law, the pacifism and its forms, and the institutional pacifism by a hobbesian approach. Such ideas certainly do not indicate an easy solution but point necessary problemmatizations to think main modern-day questions.
