The theoretical speech in the international relations

The proposal of this article is to discuss the instances of the discourse in international affairs. To seek to bring elements which helps in the reflection about discipline autonomy and its scientific statute, approaching relevant aspects to understand the theoretical universe of international affairs, as the question of the delimitation of field study, the expression comprehension, the relevant concepts to configure an appropriate field reflection and connections between the way to do and the way to study the international affairs. Both faces of an object that directly interfere in the way to understand and theorize about the fenomenon.
