Privatized companies analysis

Abstract

This article discusses the privatization under the organizational analysis point of view. It undertakes an exam of the scientific approaches of the privatization and it proposes a model of analysis of privatized companies, elaborated in a perspective starting from variables of the human and social sciences. At the end, it presents an initial application of that model taking as basis the cases of Canada and Brazil. Keywords: Privatization; privatized companies analysis; organizational theory
