Abstract

Most of the teachers in the classroom learned in a canonical and traditional way and, nowadays, they are challenged to teach in a different way, so that their subjects make sense to the students. For this, these teachers need not only to update their knowledge, but also their methodologies and pedagogical resources, appropriating new technologies. In this scenario, continuing education becomes essential, which is why the project presented in this experience report appears, named: Weaving education: seminar on good practices. The proposal for continuing teacher education aims to share knowledge, ideas and projects among peers. Methodologically, this sharing is structured by relating the evolution of the project from its implementation to the present moment with a theoretical support that talks about the structuring of continuous strategies for improving teaching action. The project continues to be carried out in annual editions and is constantly (re)assessed to meet its goals.
