Resumo

De acordo com este artigo, a extensão realizada por Rawls de sua concepção de justiça doméstica ao contexto das relações internacionais contradiz as premissas básicas de sua própria teoria da justiça. Uma extensão da teoria doméstica consistente com suas próprias premissas deveria levar a considerar uma classe maior de demandas, tais como os direitos humanos, e a aceitar algum princípio de distribuição global.

Daniel Loewe es Doctor en Filosofía de la Universidad Eberhard-Karls de Tübingen. Es profesor titular de filosofía política de la Escuela de Gobierno de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez en Santiago de Chile. También es miembro del Research Centre for Political Philosophy y del International Centre for Ethics in the Sciences and Humanities (IZEW) de la universidad de Tübingen y del Centro de Investigación en Teoría Política y Social de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. El presente artículo se inscribe en el proyecto de investigación “Globalisierung, Demokratie und kulturelle Vielfalt” financiado por la Fundación Alexander von Humboldt.
