Abstract

The present work aims to investigate the (un)constitutionality Judgement of the jury, based on an analysis constructed central idea of the text is that the decisions of the Board votes, without any kind of reasoning, consolidate a solipsistic of consciousness, which contradicts viscerally the democratic for motivation justifying the positions taken at trial.
