Abstract

This paper of international criminal law deals with issues concerning the jurisdiction of the Criminal Court derived from the Treaty of Rome, standing system aspects deemed most relevant but would be overlooked or ignored in the treatment of type-crimes that are in turn ratione materiae jurisdiction in federal criminal justice system.
