Abstract

Taking into account that the Criminal Law receives the influx of the Constitution, intends to examine the extend to which this occurs, when the Constitution lays down certain guidelines, performs the prior selection of legal objects, and potentially drives the processes of criminalization and descriminalization of conducts as a source of legal goods.
