Desenvolvimento sustentável, diversidade e novas tecnologias: a relação com a ecologia social

O presente texto apresentará algumas questões referentes aos temas do meio ambiente, do desenvolvimento e das tecnologias, fazendo referência à sua relação com a Ecologia Social. Algumas das questões que nos instigam, nesta época em que o processo de globalização está em curso são: Será que as tecnologias disponíveis são capazes de resolver os problemas socioambientais da atualidade? De que forma estas técnicas estão sendo utilizadas? E como afetam nossa rotina e a nossa relação com o meio ambiente?

ABSTRACT

Sustainable development, diversity and technologies: its relation with social ecology.
This article presents some questions related to the environment, the development process and the “new technologies”, doing reference to their relation with the Social Ecology. In the global era we could ask some questions: Do technologies actually are able to solve our social and environment problems? How are we using those technologies? How do they interfere in our relationship with the other human beings and with the nature?
