Team work: the theory in the practice for efficacy management

The group processes are examined under the light of group dynamics theory and practice, through the construction of a team group, pointing out cognitive competences development and the typical characteristics of emotional intelligence and their intertwining for the search of efficiency and efficacy in the team performances. Theoretical foundation goes beyond systemic approach to include multiple intelligence contributions. Subjectivity and objectivity are mixed to produce results that are relevant for the Organizational aims.Downloads
