Abstract

Based on the trainee of Psychology graduate students in tutelary councils and having as tools the concepts proposed by the socio-analysis, the present article problematizes the model of professional practice sustained in the neutrality principle. In the context of the right’s guarantee proposal, it is debated in insertion of professionals in social equipments, from the point of view of the tensions that are characteristics of theirs activities and of the collective practices. In those spaces, tensions are understood by us as a potent moments of power to denaturalize conceptions and invest in the invention, being this also a tool to intervene.
