Análisis del cuestionario de salud del paciente durante la pandemia de covid-19 mediante TRI

Resumen

Aunque la escala Patient Health Questionnaire–9 (PHQ-9) ha sido ampliamente utilizada durante la pandemia de Covid-19 para la detección de síntomas depresivos, aún existen vacíos en la literatura sobre su validez en la población brasileña durante este período. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar las propiedades psicométricas del PHQ-9 en Brasil a través de la Teoría de Respuesta al Ítem (TRI). La recolección de datos se realizó durante cinco fases de la pandemia, entre 2020 y 2023. Se utilizaron los programas SPSS, R y RStudio para los análisis de datos. El estudio incluyó 9229 participantes, y más de la mitad de la población presentó síntomas clínicos de depresión. Se encontraron buenos parámetros de ajuste en el modelo y un desempeño satisfactorio en cuanto a los parámetros de discriminación y dificultad de la escala. El perfil de respuestas fue predominantemente dicotómico y se observó un funcionamiento diferencial de los ítems según el género. Esta investigación contribuye al establecimiento de parámetros confiables para evaluar los síntomas depresivos.
