The aim of the present study is to promote an analysis of the main argumentative movements developed by Walter Benjamin in his 1921 study entitled Zur Kritik der Gewalt. The task proposed for the article is to point out the critical theory of law that is being proposed in that text. For this, the concepts of law, justice, myth and the polysemic term Gewalt will be analyzed.Downloads
