Um realismo modal genuíno impossibilista?
Abstract
Este artigo, de caráter expositivo, considera a questão de se o realismo modal genuíno de David Lewis pode ser expandido a um realismo genuíno impossibilista por meio do acréscimo à ontologia de mundos impossíveis. Para tanto, caracterizaremos, primeiro, o papel desempenhado por mundos possíveis na análise de noções modais, seguido de uma exposição resumida da concepção realista genuína de David Lewis. Finalmente, consideraremos um realismo impossibilista tal como sugerido por T. Yagisawa, argumentando que tal extensão do realismo genuíno não é sustentável.Downloads
