Abstract

Actions emerging from the hygienism is one of the most importante dimensions presente in the formation of the first attempts by Chilean State to adress housing demands by the working class. In turn, volunteer organizations embracing good-will objectives trigerred actions the defined what was going to bem ade in this contexto providin housing for urban working class.
