This study was designed on the basis of its extreme importance for anyone wishing to enter the legal world. Are presented basic questions about the legal language and how communication takes place in the legal environment, especially the one held between the lawyer and his client today. As it is from this first contact between the lawyer and his client that comes a claim to a judicial activity, it is important that we establish between them an understanding of both sides. And the main tool for this communication is implemented effectively, can be said that depends on the ability of the lawyer to use their main tool is the word. To do this, were addressed in a general way, issues of language and communication, regarding a more specific approach on the process of communication between the lawyer and his client.Downloads
