Abstract

The society Greek had intense a legal experience, that had spread both in the theater and in the philosophy, as in history and in all manifestations of cultural character. In the oldest phases of the Greek thought, justice was conceived only in a generic sense, from preconceived ideas, but these were insufficient to define the notion of justice in a specific way. Such conceptions only manifest themselves in a dispersed form, transposed in several myths. Thus, the study of mythology Greek and its literature is needed to understand the Greek conception of justice.
