The adoption of the unborn under the Civil Code of 2002

The present study approaches the incidence of human beings in fetal stages, thus yet in the maternal womb and the possibility to adoption. The subject is controversial once the current civil legislation silenced as for the possibility to apply the referred institute in treating of the antenatals. The divergence is equally noticed in the concept and definition of the antenatal term, which triggers several discussions on the matter. Even though there are major concerns about the possibility for infant commerce or surrogate pregnancy, the subject deserves attention and meticulous analysis, since, if ever accepted or ruled, it could generate enormous contribution to reduce cases of abandonment of the newlborn.Downloads
