Bioethics and law membership: personal indentity, right to know the biological

The search for knowledge of the genetic origin of human beings is a fundamental right inherent in the person. Here is presented a short sketch on this issue, which involves the study of Bioethics, Law, Family, Guiding principles of the Brazilian legal system, especially one who refers to dignity of the human person, a transdisciplinary work. There is this article a brief conceptualization of what is man, where is the man because he is the main object of study. Besides working with the idea, the emergence of life, a study on the relationships it born, or the observation, the study, the question on the need and right to know the biological origin of human beings and their influence in dignity of life of this person.Downloads
