At first we will analyze the legislation concerning this matter, also viewing the jurisprudential and doctrinal understanding, in order to define it as an element of the workday. Soon after, the transactional elements relating to in itinere journey, according to collective self-determination will be studied, evaluating the effectiveness of the dispositive.References
