Abstract

 

This paper analyzes the temporary guardianship granted in civil public action and / or class action. For this are mentioned the concepts of civil public action and class action. It also seeks to explain what is interim protection and their species, ie, anticipatory tutelage and injunctive relief. And the end of the work is with some conclusions.
