This text aims at studying the main aspects on extraordinary appeals ("Extraordinary appeal" and "Special appeal"). For this purpose, it studies its nature (Chapter 2) and, under a systematic exposition, deals with its generic(Chapter 3.1) and specific (Chapter 3.2) requirements. At the end of the exposition (Chapter 4), the text summarizes the mains aspects on appeals proceedings, both those that are common to both and those which are specific to each.
