The impartiality of the judge while the absence of criminal causes of impediment or suspicion

The discussion about the impartiality of the judge in the criminal procedure has been made when the claim by parts of the cases of impediment or suspicion of the magistrate under the criminal law adjectival, whose legal cases do not support the various factual and procedural complications in which such failure to provide valid court presents itself. Thus, this paper aims to address this important issue, suggesting ways to increase the chances of complaint.Downloads
