Abstract

From an electoral dispute among members of Aeroclube de Pelotas, in 1943, one becomes amazed by the using of democratic words during a dictatorial regime. In this article, we intend to explain the dispute by the using of three alternative hypotheses: familiar groups, political groups, administrative groups.
