THE SCIENCE OF LAW THINK FROM KARL POPPER
Abstract
The object of this paper is to present a first draft of how it could occur using the Popperian method of trial and error (more commonly known as hypothetical-deductive method) as a tool to test hypotheses and theories of social, political and economic instrumentizadas through Law and the legal theories in the strict sense.
