Abstract
Abstract: The objective of this paper is to present and analyze the scope and limitations of the criticisms made by Heidegger in the phenomenology of Husserl Seminar in Zähringen, and examine the concepts of ownership Husserl’s undertaken by Heidegger in favor of his maximum Sein und Zeit, so that we can say that there is a break between the phenomenology of the authors but an ownership that involves a unique methodology, which should be taken into consideration for the understanding of what we say.
