The flesh’s intrigue from Michel Henry and Merleau-Ponty

Abstract

This article show us the concepts of body and flesh from the philosophies of M. Merleau-Ponty and Michel Henry. Both philosophers stood out for retaking this theme in the contemporary tradition, establishing the contours of a philosophy of the body and the flesh. Therefore, the main concepts where there is divergence were highlighted topointing the intrigue established in the understanding of the flesh as an ontological structure.
