de normalidade institucional. Egídio Romano
pergunta-se sobre a caducidade da ordem institucional
o surgimento do poder politico originário no
estado de exceção. Guilherme de Ockham trata da
caducidade da ordem legal e do retomo à ordem
do direito natural.
