Ecclesiology of Communion and Ministry

The central topic of this study is “church communion”. The concept of “church communion” has been treated, in the last two decades, in the ecumenical dialogue, as an instrument to find new criteria for the unity of the Church. The first aim of the exposition is to clarify that concept, especially in respect to its origin within ecumenical dialogue and according to the evangelical-lutheran perspective. After that, we try to show how the topic of ministery can be placed within church communion, so that theoretical possibilities can be opened to Evangelical-Lutherans and Roman-Catholics in order to make approximations.Downloads
