Abstract

This Article discusses the instrumentalization of the Torah by groups of returnees in the Second Temple Period. In the first part of the study we will analyze the Torah as a text of memory and invented traditions and as an object of ideological dispute. In the second part of the research we will make a brief history of Torah research and composition to show the complexity of the memories, narratives and traditions of his texts. Finally, we will comment briefly on a foundational mythical text for the insertion of the Torah in the post-exile community
