Resumen

La gestión del tiempo (GT) se refiere a la capacidad de establecer objetivos, cumplir plazos, realizar tareas de manera planificada y organizada. Este estudio presenta una revisión sistemática de las intervenciones en GT y procrastinación de adultos publicada en los últimos 20 años y disponible en las bases de datos PubMed, ERIC, PsycINFO, SciELO y LILACS. De acuerdo con la metodología PRISMA, de los criterios de inclusión / exclusión se seleccionaron y analizaron 32 artículos. Los resultados indicaron que el manejo temporal eficiente puede disminuir la dilación, la ansiedad y el estrés y mejorar la autoeficacia, la organización y la planificación. La descripción de las tareas realizadas en las intervenciones se presentó como una brecha existente. La estimulación de esta capacidad puede ayudar al rendimiento de los sujetos en la universidad, en el trabajo y en la vida diaria.
